Air-purifying respirator of the half-facepiece type. The respirator body can be made of neoprene (black), thermoplastic (blue or yellow), or silicone (blue or yellow). Each piece has three openings in its body: two on each side and one at the lower central part. The lateral openings have two plastic devices, one on each side, with a cap and an exhalation valve inside. The lower central opening contains a nozzle made of plastic material, equipped with an inhalation valve at the back.
The nozzle is made of rigid plastic material and has an internal thread at its front part, with a sealing ring for filter attachment. The piece body has a system of side rods where the buckles of a head strap are fixed, which includes a neck support. The presented mechanical, chemical, or combined filters contain information on usage, manufacturer identification, lot number, year of manufacture, and expiration date.
Indication: Protection of the user's respiratory tract against the inhalation of solid particles when used with mechanical or combined filters, and against gases and vapors when used with chemical or combined filters.
The APF (Assigned Protection Factor) of this mask is 10, meaning it can be used in environments where the contaminant does not exceed 10 times its tolerance limit.
