Air-purifying respirator of the half-facepiece type. The respirator body can be made of neoprene (black), thermoplastic (blue or yellow), or silicone (blue or yellow).
Each piece has three openings in its body: two on each side and one in the lower central part. The lateral openings have two plastic devices, one on each side, with a cap and an exhalation valve inside. A rigid plastic pot, equipped with an inhalation valve inside, fits into the lower central opening. The pot is used for attaching filters via a fitting system and also includes a sealing ring and a threaded cap.
The piece body has a system of side rods where the buckles of a head strap are fixed, which includes a neck support. The APF (Assigned Protection Factor) of this mask is 10, meaning it can be used in environments where the contaminant does not exceed 10 times its tolerance limit.
